TISA, at the core of the ITS event of the year

The ITS World Congress 2015 turned Bordeaux into the capital of ITS for a week. TISA was actively involved in the event, which gathered 12.000 ITS professionals from all over the world.

As it has already become a tradition, TISA will take part in the ITS World Congress, which will be held between 5 and 9 October at the Palais de Congrès of Bordeaux, France.

TISA has been featured in an article released by the EuroTransport Magazine which focused on the advantages of integrating ITS into public transport networks.

The part referring to TISA reads this statement on behalf of the Executive Office:

TISA welcomes the consultation launched by the European Commission on the provision of EU-wide multimodal travel information services under the ITS Directive

The objective of this public consultation is to collect the opinions of stakeholders and interested parties including EU citizens and private and public organisations and gain (quantitative) evidence on the issues related to the provision of EU-wide multimodal travel information services.

TISA will launch an Internal Working Group discussion to build a common position on this matter.
