DATEX II Forum

DATEX is a standard which was developed for information exchange between traffic management centres, traffic information centres and service providers, and constitutes the reference for applications that have been developed in the last 10 years. DATEX II is the second generation specification traffic control and information centres and will be the key topic of the “DATEX II Forum” in Utrecht, the Nethererlands.

From 23 to 24 May, stakeholders will have the possibility to ask questions and share solutions, ideas and challenges about DATEX II.

From break-out sessions on Best Practices for Real Time Traffic and Travel Information services , to open discussions how standardize cities’ traffic management systems, DATEX II related to C-ITS and ITS and Hands-on sessions, this event will offer the possibility to discuss DATEX II on a 360 degree scale.

Thomas Kusche-Knežević, President of TISA, will also be attending the event as one of the panellists at the plenary closing session on 24 May from 14:00 to 15:00.
