TISA: TPEG-Workshop “Getting in touch with TPEG™”

Following the success of the former TPEGTM workshops, the TISA-Member BMT will organize another serie of one-day workshops, at BMT premises, in Munich. The English workshop will take place on the 10th May 2011, the German one will be on 11th of May 2011.

TISA: BMT presents latest TPEG™ product portfolio at CeBIT 2011

At CeBIT, the TISA Member BMT will show the TPEGTM ON AIR playout system for the first time. TPEGTM ON AIR can for example broadcast the latest traffic news from the traffic headquarters in Lower Saxony in TPEGTM format. More

STA has announced major updates of their TMC service

STA has announced a major upgrade of their TMC service in Sweden that is now being fed by DATEX2 node. TMC-events are now broadcasted with precise location on the TERN+ road network. Norway and Denmark are currently working on a similar update using precise location. Additionally, SRA is now working on a 2011-update of their Swedish Location Table that should submitted to TISA for certification in June 2011. This new Table (ver. 2.4.) will be covering 22000 points of the Swedish road network. TISA Position Paper: Delivery Channels for TTI
