ITIS Holdings announces £37 million acquisition offer from US-based INRIX, a leading provider of traffic information and connected services

ITIS Holdings plc and its shareholders announced INRIX, Inc., a leading international provider of real-time traffic information and connected driving services, has extended an offer to acquire the company for approximately £37 million ($60 million).

Garmin announces signing of agreement to acquire Navigon AG

14th June 2011 – The TISA-Member Garmin has announced that it has signed an agreement with the shareholders of Navigon (also TISA-Member) that will allow a Garmin subsidiary to acquire the privately-held navigation provider.
