TISA joining the FOSS4G Annual Conference!
TISA is pleased to present the RTTI 5-Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rating Specification at the FOSS4G Annual Conference in Brussels.
Organised by OSGeo.be, the Belgian chapter of the Open Source Geospatial Foundation, the conference focuses on open-source geospatial software and brings together professionals and experts from across the geospatial community.
Abel Gabor, TISA Editor, will present the architecture of the RTTI 5-Star Rating Specification, discuss its quality parameters and assessment approach.
He will also explore how the specification provides measurable quality requirements for three initial Priority Use Cases:
- Speed Limits
- Roadworks
- Road Closures
The specification establishes a transparent basis for evaluating data made available through Access Points and other data distribution channels.
It assesses RTTI datasets against objective quality parameters, including availability, accessibility, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, consistency, interoperability, and adherence to standardised data formats and protocols, such as DATEX II and TN-ITS.
The specification introduces progressive quality levels, from 1 to 5 stars, with 3 stars representing the agreed minimum quality threshold for reliable use by ITS Service Providers.
