TPEG makes no assumption on how it will send from a service provider to a client. It forms the payload of the underlying communication technology (typically IP-based). For effective communication of TPEG messages the following communication paradigms are best suited.
Request – Response: One device (the client) sends a request to another device (the server) for information or a service. The server then sends a response back to the client with the requested information or service. This is useful if a client wants to know more details on e.g., the details of a parking garage (TPEG-PKI).
