May 16, 2013

This is the third consecutive year that TISA presents a stand at an ITS Congress in Europe. Come visit the association at (booth B10)  in theDublin Convention Centre and exchange  with the TISA Executive Office and members on the latest developments in TPEGTM technology.

Several TISA members will be present at the stand to welcome you

bmt – Germany

bmt, TISA member that is very active pursuing work on  the standardisation of TPEGTM, will be  at  the TISA stand with its latest tools. The German company will present its TPEGTM Know-How with playout and analysis tools “TPEG TMon air” and “TPEGTM Analyser”.

The “TPEGTM Analyser” allows for the graphic representation and interpretation of several data streams in real time, as well as the interpretation of recorded data. Meaningless byte data streams turn into TPEGTM data blocks that become incredibly easy to analyse.

The modular “TPEGTM ON AIR” system enables the simple creation of TPEGTM services. Various inbound information can now be converted, multiplexed and played out to different networks (DAB/DAB+, DMB, UMTS). It supports all current DAB/DMB playout systems, works with encryption and offers new internet-based “TPEGTM over HTTP” output modes.

One core competency of the company is the convergence of radio and traffic information systems.BMT provides support and develops traffic computer systems for German public broadcasters. In addition BMT performs innovative product development in-house andprovidesconsulting for network operators, service providers and the automotive industry.

GEWI – USA

TIC is available from and supported 24/7 by GEWI offices in Europe, North America, and Asia, and by partners globally.

Mediamobile – France

Mediamobile will present Germany’s very first national traffic services on Digital Radio, using the TPEGTM protocol. Two services are already broadcast live: “V-Traffic traffic alerts” (TEC) inform drivers of events such as accidents, road closures and road works, and “V-Traffic traffic flow information” (TFP) provides precise travel speed information, with updates on congestions across the German road network. Both services have been designed for integration in-car digital radios or infotainment systems, as well as personal navigation devices (PNDs). For more information contact Mediamobile.
